Project Consultant

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, customization, and deployment. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Conducting user training and providing post-implementation support to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess 2+ years of experience managing Odoo ERP implementations or similar ERP projects. Demonstrating a strong understanding of Odoo modules, configurations, and customizations. Having excellent project management skills with knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in business process analysis and optimization is required. Preferred qualifications include Odoo certification or prior experience in an Odoo implementation partner company. Proficiency in working with Python and PostgreSQL, knowledge of API integrations and third-party software connectors. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP deployment and a strong understanding of financial, inventory, and CRM modules in Odoo.,
