We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Project Consultant-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent in Hyderabad. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing various channels to source candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates" technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Arranging and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates and involving relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process. - Maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. - Writing and posting job descriptions on multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. - Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide recruitment updates. - Managing and updating the candidate database to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Staying informed about the latest trends in IT recruitment, including salary benchmarks, industry demands, and emerging technologies. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from a reputed institute. - 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency or corporate setting. - A bachelor's degree in human resources, BTech-IT, or a related field. - Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
