Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Coordinator (Non Technical) to oversee and manage mystery shopping and stock audit projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insightful reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Strategy (With Client & Internal Team)
• Project Coordination (With Client & Internal Team)
• Monitoring, Supervision & Quality Check
• Reporting and Analysis (Client & Team)

Requirement

• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
• Bachelors Degree
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Proven experience (2 Years -4 year ) in Client Management, project coordination, or a related role
