Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and ensuring the successful delivery of real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing project management reports, managing project documentation, maintaining best practices templates, and handling administrative duties such as coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. You will be tasked with managing accounts receivables in accordance with set guidelines and requirements, ensuring that all financial targets are met, and proactively addressing project-related issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, assist with client communication, and maintain project-related files and documents. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs, and the ability to work independently are also key requirements for this role.
