Project Co-ordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. This role will require excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues, and escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
• Support project managers in administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.
• Track project timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate team meetings and follow up on action items.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹11,407.72 - ₹43,493.22 per month
