Job Description

We are looking for a project coordinator intern to support our tech and product teams in managing multiple ongoing projects. The intern will assist in tracking project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring tasks move smoothly from planning to execution.This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how technology projects are managed end-to-end.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate between Product, Design, Development, and Testing teams to ensure alignment.
Maintain project documentation, including task lists, meeting notes, and status reports.
Support the creation and updating of dashboards and trackers (e.g., project progress, resource allocation).
Schedule and follow up on project meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely closures.
Monitor task dependencies, risks, and delays, and escalate to project leads as needed.
Help with testing coordination and validation during product release cycles.
Support the handover process between teams by ensuring documentation completeness.
Participate in weekly review meetings and share progress updates.
