Job Responsibilities:

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator with an Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) background. The role involves coordinating project activities, assisting the project manager, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of electrical/electronics-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain technical and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Track resources, budgets, and timelines to support project delivery.
• Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting when required.
• Prepare status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination (preferably in electrical/electronics/engineering projects).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Office, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
