Job Summary

Project Managers will have a hands-on project management role within our Project Management department. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and the shepherding of projects, from initiation to final completion. Project Managers work closely with various team members on assigned business units and brands. They ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and deliverables are on track. Responsibilities include the creation of timelines, daily hot sheets, creation and maintenance of project trackers, ensuring adherence to agency processes, and internal project communication.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

  • Proactively manage multiple assigned projects overseeing execution of deliverables from input and kick-off to final delivery
  • Orchestrate day-to-day project management activities on assigned brands including creating and maintaining timelines, updating and sending status reports and daily hot lists, and managing routing and file storage
  • Lead internal communication of project status and prioritization for team members, demonstrating ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects
  • Effectively collaborate with team members while paying strong attention to detail and communicating effectively and professionally
  • Manage routing of projects to appropriate team members, adhering to agency process and ensuring quality control
  • Plan Production in close liaison with Team Leaders and support the workflow projects from job conception to delivery
  • Support day-to-day tasks projects that include visual aids, detailing aids, posters, leaflets, and other assets unique to the healthcare industry
  • Assist in managing project scope, timelines, and budget (burn rate) and manage additional requests
  • Assist in estimating timelines, budgets and resources
  • Manage internal routing and reviews of creative and assets

You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented and designers to deliver high-quality services.

This may be the right role for you if you have

  • 3-5 years of related experience in an agency setting or marketing related role
  • Experience with Project Management software including Smartsheets, Adobe Suite, MS Teams/Office, and routing software
  • Nimbleness to switch priorities easily and propose solutions as strategies and tactics pivot
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical terminology a plus
  • Prior experience working in advertising and knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology a plus
