Studeasy Foundation is a Mumbai-based Section 8 Company (NGO) which makes Quality Education accessible to India’s 125 MN Govt. school students through the use of technology, as per the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 and the Indian Government's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Studeasy Foundation has developed programs that leverage low-cost, hyper-scalable technologies and make Quality Education accessible to students in Govt. schools and at home as well. The organization has partnered with multiple State Governments and some of India’s largest socially-responsible corporations to execute its programs to over 450,000 public school students across 10 states in India.

Studeasy Foundation's programs have significantly improved academic performance of Govt. school students, which has resulted in the organization being recognized by the Government’s #StartupIndia and #DigitalIndia initiatives, whilst also being nominated for prestigious international awards such as Global Citizen’s Award (2021), Waislitz Award (2022) and the mBillionth award for South Asia (2023).

• Nature of employment: Full Time, Contractual (3 months)

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Hold a Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, Business, Management, or related fields

• Have 1–3 years of experience in field operations, project implementation, training, or program coordination (NGO/CSR experience preferred)

• Are comfortable with extensive on-ground and field-based work

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and are fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred

• Are based in or willing to relocate to Dhule for the duration of the contract

• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic field environments Are motivated by social impact and grassroots-level execution

Selected candidates shall shoulder the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with assigned schools, project sites, partners, and local stakeholders in Dhule

• Support deployment of technologies, tools, and program modules as defined by the organization

• Facilitate non-sales program orientations and training sessions for teachers, coordinators, and other stakeholders

• Conduct regular field visits to: – Ensure programs are implemented as per design and timelines – Monitor usage and adoption of deployed tools or content – Collect structured feedback from teachers, students, and partners – Identify and report operational, technical, or implementation challenges

• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of on-field project activities

• Maintain accurate documentation and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, internal teams, and implementation partners

• Liaise with local authorities, schools, NGOs, or partners as required for project execution

• Support issue resolution by coordinating with relevant internal teams or vendors

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned from time to time

In exchange for your efforts, you shall get:

• In-hand compensation of Rs. 30,000 per month

• Travel allowance as per actuals

• Detailed experience/recommendation letter at the end of the 3-month contract
