Project Associate

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Project Associate to act as the "boots on the ground" for our upcoming projects. This is not a desk-bound role. You will be the primary link between our office strategy and site execution. We need someone who takes ownership, thrives on-site, and possesses the discipline to keep complex timelines moving without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Take full charge of assigned projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
• Site Management: Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety/design specifications.
• Team Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between contractors, vendors, and the internal design/management team.
• Meticulous Tracking: Maintain detailed logs of site activities, material deliveries, and manpower.
• Reporting: Provide daily/weekly status reports to senior management, highlighting potential bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges immediately and make informed decisions to keep the project running smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
