Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Project Associate to support Netri, our tech-driven incubation platform empowering rural women entrepreneurs. Following the successful completion of Phase 1 of Netri in Tamil Nadu, Phase 2 focuses on scaling impact through training, mentorship, and robust monitoring & evaluation. The Project Associate will coordinate program activities, support community engagement, and ensure measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Capacity Building: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for women entrepreneurs and community fellows.
• Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Collect, analyze, and report program data to track progress and outcomes.
• Program Implementation: Support the execution of Netri initiatives, including field operations, workshops, and community activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government departments, partners, and local organizations to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Documentation & Communication: Prepare impact reports, case studies, and program learnings for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.

2–3 years’ experience in project delivery, training, or community development.

Strong skills in training facilitation, M&E, data analysis, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu.

Female candidates preferred, due to direct engagement with women entrepreneurs.
