Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

• Create and maintain project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and

deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact the timeline

or budget.

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure

everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations.

• Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as meeting agendas, minutes,

and status reports.

• Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget.

• Assist in resource allocation and management, including assigning tasks and

coordinating with team members.

• Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address

any concerns or questions.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance

project efficiency.

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.

• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.

• Industry of Work Experience: 12 -15 years of experience in architecture and design.

• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles

and patterns, experience with REVIT is must .

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to

work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Personal Qualities : Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask

and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
