• Job Location: Thane,Mumbai

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design of commercial buildings, institutional buildings, airports, and industrial/factory projects.

- Proven experience in design and build projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop architectural designs and plans for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.

- Create concept designs, including landscape and interior design elements.

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed material specifications.

- Design building facades and ensure aesthetic and functional integration.

- Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), LEED, IGBC, and other relevant building regulations.

- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using SketchUp and Revit.

- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

- Present design concepts and plans to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills and Competencies:**

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as SketchUp and Revit.

- Strong understanding of building regulations and sustainability standards (NBC, LEED, IGBC).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

**Additional Requirements:**

- Strong project management skills.

- Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and interns.
