Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Program Manager in daily operations and projects.
• Manage and engage with our online community, ensuring timely responses and building positive relationships.
• Host, schedule, and align meetings while ensuring follow-ups.
• Maintain and update sheets, trackers, and databases.
• Support social media management: post content, monitor engagement, track trends, and competitors.
• Connect with clients to gather feedback and update testimonials/feedback on the website.
• Upload and manage videos on our app along with writing accurate descriptions.
• Monitor social media for industry insights and support the overall content strategy.
• Assist with ad-hoc initiatives driven by the Program Manager.

Key Skills & Traits:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of social media platforms and online community engagement.
• Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
• Fresher-friendly role; prior internship/experience in program coordination, client interaction, or social media is a plus.
• Language requirement: English (Preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).
• Experience: Not necessary.
