Program Success Manager

, you will

own the learner journey end-to-end

— from enrollment to lifelong success. You will ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and successful outcomes for every learner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage learner success from onboarding through long-term engagement
Track progress, ensure program adoption & address learning gaps
Build strong relationships with learners, parents & institutional stakeholders
Conduct support/ review calls and drive retention & renewals
Monitor performance metrics and share insights for improvement
Collaborate across teams for smooth execution of programs

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech (Mandatory)
Experience in customer success / academic operations preferred
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Passion for learner success & continuous improvement
