Program Success Manager

As a Program Success Manager, your role involves leading customer success efforts in partner schools to ensure they achieve their unique learning goals and experience exceptional value through the programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving high engagement, satisfaction, and renewals, ultimately contributing to the mission of making quality education accessible to all. - Monitor program implementation, identify and address usage issues, and track student progress towards learning goals with partner schools. - Provide ongoing support to School Implementation Officers (SIOs) on using the program effectively and achieving desired outcomes. - Lead smooth program onboarding, training, and ongoing support for schools to maximize program usage for impactful learning outcomes. - Cultivate strong connections with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs, understanding their needs and building trust through active communication. - Manage individual school accounts, proactively address concerns using CRM tools, and ensure overall satisfaction with the program. - Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement. - Aim for a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and maintain a 95% retention rate by spearheading renewal processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve program goals across multiple schools in the cluster. - Masterful communicator, connecting effectively with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration. - Ensures smooth program implementation, proactively solving challenges, and optimizing processes. - Passionate about student success, providing impactful academic support and guidance. - Leverages data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve outcomes. - Thrives in dynamic environments, exhibiting flexibility and adjusting to new challenges. Please note that the expected travel duration is 18 days per month, and you will be required to conduct school visits within a 150-kilometer radius of the assigned area. Additionally, there is a monthly travel reimbursement of Rs. 15,000 for work-related travel. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the Chennai & Coimbatore locations.
