What would you do? The Business Operations Analyst supports organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving data-backed decisions. This role works cross-functionally with operations, finance, product, and leadership teams to streamline workflows, improve performance metrics, and optimize operational strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to solve complex business problems.Technical Skills?¢Proficiency in data analysis tools:Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.?¢Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and KPIs.?¢Basic understanding of automationAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills?¢Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.?¢Strong critical-thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.?¢Statistical analysis experience is a plus.Business & Communication Skills?¢Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.?¢Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.?¢Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.Soft Skills?¢Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.?¢Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.?¢Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset.
