Program/ Operations Manager- West

As a Program Manager / Operations Manager in managed services, your role involves overseeing client relationships and service delivery to align IT operations with strategic business goals. You will focus on high-level strategic objectives, managing multiple projects, and ensuring alignment with the long-term vision. Your responsibilities also include concentrating on day-to-day execution, process improvement, team leadership, and managing various aspects of IT infrastructure such as end user computing, data centers, networks, and cloud systems within the managed services context. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including developing career development plans for direct reports and resolving problems effectively. - Manage data collection for updating metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and provide excellent customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems. - Conduct budget reviews and present cost plans to upper management. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of proven success in an operations or Program / Project management role. - Strong skills in budget development and oversight. - Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while ensuring the maintenance of client IT infrastructure. - Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes. - Knowledge of business productivity software and a willingness to learn new applications.
