Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives

Role Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives with our University partners. This role is core to our mission of scaling high-impact programs, driving topline growth, and positioning our partner universities as industry leaders in the online higher education space. Key Responsibilities - · Drive Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance. · Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operations—to align efforts and deliver on shared goals. · Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success. · Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement. · Autonomous Execution: Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. · Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on higher education trends, regulatory developments, and competitor movements to guide strategic direction.
