Responsibilities

Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment
Track progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution of dependencies
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence

Eligibility

2+ years of experience in Program / Project Management, preferably in tech/product companies
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver on time
