About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager / Program Manager - Salesforce to lead the offshore delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure project excellence, and drive customer success across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft, and Agent Force engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor project managers, technical teams, and customer success professionals.
- Manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality project execution.
- Define and enforce Salesforce-specific project management best practices.
- Oversee project portfolio and act as escalation point for critical programs.
- Align delivery strategies with business goals and drive margin improvements.
- Build strong client relationships, regularly engage for feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize resource allocation, utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Improve profit margins across projects through efficient delivery and cost management.
- Maintain tight control over operational expenditures to ensure budget alignment.
- Support company financial goals by meeting revenue targets and improving profitability.
- Collaborate across Salesforce practice areasfrom strategy to managed services.
- Collaborate and support Sales Team in execution of go to market and Pre-Sales activities
Qualifications
- 18+ years in IT with 12+ years of Salesforce delivery leadership experience.
- Proven success in managing complex Salesforce programs across multiple clouds.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft, and Agent Force.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Integration Architect) preferred.

- Delivery Management & Governance
- Provide end-to-end delivery leadership across programs and projects, ensuring adherence to CTs delivery methodology.
- Act as a delivery manager for high-priority engagements and serve as an escalation point for other programs.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and implement delivery strategies aligned with CT’s business objectives.
- Shape solutions, define scopes, establish operating models, and lead smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
- Orchestrate business transformation, solution implementation, and optimization programs, including roadmaps, data-driven experience design, and platform rollouts.
- Resource Management
- Allocate and optimize resources across projects and programs to ensure balanced workloads and efficiency.
- Monitor team utilization and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving priorities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and aligning delivery to their success.
- Engage regularly for feedback and identify growth or upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate across Salesforce Business Units (from Strategy to Managed Services) and internal stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Salesforce Practice Delivery Excellence
- Define and enforce project management best practices specific to Salesforce delivery.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce BU goals and support financial performance, including revenue targets.
- Financial Management
- Achieve Salesforce practice revenue goals and contribute to overall business growth.
- Improve profit margins across projects through efficient delivery and cost management.
- Maintain tight control over operational expenditures to ensure budget alignment.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Review performance dashboards and reports, highlighting KPIs for leadership.
- Evaluate and prioritize new initiatives based on strategic value and business impact.
- Establish metrics to measure project and program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
