About the Lumiere Team

About the position

As a Program Manager, you will work directly with Lumiere’s program operations team and the directors to:

• Oversee the selection and interviewing of new students
• Coordinate with students, faculty and parents during the Lumiere Research Scholar Program to ensure students have a positive experience and successfully complete the program within the given timeframes
• Identify and proactively problem-solve issues that mentors and students face during the program
• Develop systems for more effective management of the research program

In addition to managing a cohort of students, each team member works on an additional workstream/project, which is usually discussed and decided upon their joining. As a growing company, we believe in team members collaborating on different workstreams with a growth mindset. This is also an opportunity for you to explore other interests and have more dynamic work experiences!

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational skills
• International experience (e.g. having studied, lived or worked in international contexts) is a plus
• Passion for working with young people and providing opportunities for research-based learning

Location:

• We are a virtual-first team, but we prefer that team members are located in GMT+2 to GMT+9
