Role Overview: As the Program Manager to the Manufacturing and Operations Head at Kimirica Hunter International in Indore, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing key initiatives to ensure the efficient functioning of the manufacturing and operations departments. Your expertise in project management, operational insights, and communication skills will be essential in supporting decision-making processes, managing cross-functional projects, and optimizing operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage strategic programs and projects in manufacturing and operations. - Ensure timely execution of initiatives aligned with company goals and operational metrics. - Monitor program performance using appropriate KPIs and drive continuous improvement. - Assist the Operations Head in developing long-term strategies for manufacturing efficiency, capacity expansion, and cost optimization. - Collaborate in creating operational roadmaps and timelines for strategic projects. - Liaise with internal teams such as production, supply chain, quality assurance, R&D, and finance to align goals and priorities. - Act as the primary point of contact for operational updates and project status reporting. - Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership meetings. - Identify potential risks in manufacturing and operational projects and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in all initiatives. - Identify opportunities for process optimization in manufacturing and operations. - Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources. - Act as a key communicator between the Manufacturing Head and stakeholders. - Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and external engagements as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 3-7 years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing or operations. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational best practices. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification preferred). - Experience in data analysis and using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.
