Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 3-7 years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing or operations. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational best practices. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification preferred). - Experience in data analysis and utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.,
