About the role

What youll do

• Candidate coordination:

  Communicate with shortlisted candidates, schedule interviews, manage panels/reschedules.

• Onboarding ops:

  Collect documentation, manage forms, provision tool access (email, LMS, Slack), share starter kits.

• Program calendar:

  Prepare and publish session schedules; send calendar invites; handle changes.

• Session operations:

  Host/enable live sessions (Zoom/Meet), share agendas, capture/store recordings.

• Attendance & engagement:

  Track attendance, assignments, participation; follow up on no-shows; weekly progress check-ins.

• Trainer enablement:

  Organise doubt-clearing/support sessions; consolidate trainer feedback.

• Content & recordings:

  Maintain a clean library of decks, assignments, and recordings with version control.

• Feedback & reporting:

  Run pulse surveys; compile weekly reports (attendance, completion, satisfaction) and flag risks early.

• Placement support:

  Liaise with partner companies, share candidate shortlists, schedule interviews, track outcomes.

• Continuous improvement:

  Document SOPs; iterate on rubrics, templates, workflows.

Who should apply (Education & eligibility)

• MBA/PGDM freshers

  (2024/2025 pass-outs) or

  management graduates

  (BBA/BMS or equivalent).
• 01 year experience in program coordination / operations / L&D / campus relations (freshers welcome).
• Excellent written & verbal communication; service-oriented problem solver.
• Strong organisation and follow-through; comfortable with checklists and dashboards.
• Basic comfort with data (spreadsheets, simple dashboards) and coordination tools.

Nice to have

• Exposure to internship/campus programs or placement cells.
• Familiarity with ATS basics and LMS tools.
• Interest in curriculum, assessments, or learner success metrics.
