What This Role Requires As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion. Role & responsibilities Manage and grow banking relationships across multiple departments, acting as the primary Cheggout representative. Lead end-to-end program managementplanning, execution, performance tracking, and reporting. Drive business development by identifying up/cross-sell opportunities and creating new revenue streams. Build strong client trust and design exit barriers that ensure long-term partnerships. Deliver on revenue and performance targets aligned to client programs. Preferred candidate profile • 24 years of proven experience in banking relationship management, partnerships, or program management. • Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at multiple levels without authority. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously. • Strong business acumen with a results-first mindset; proven ability to meet or exceed targets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills—articulate, confident, and persuasive. • Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments, nice to have. • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
