Role & responsibilities We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Lateral Hiring Team, responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift : 1PM-10 PM Location: Noida Sec-135, Gurugram Work Mode: Work from office Transport :Yes (As per hiring zone ) *Requirements:* 1. 10+ years of experience in end to end recruitment in a lateral hiring role. 2. Should have managed a team of minimum 5 members 2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
