Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of critical projects across multiple departments.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assist the founder in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Founder’s Office.
• Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting agendas.
• Manage the founder’s calendar, priorities, and deliverables.
• Take on special projects or assignments as needed.
• Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
• 2+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus. 
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
