About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the IGA program across the organization, driving standardization and control over user identities and access management.
• Develop a comprehensive multi-year program plan for IGA upon onboarding.
• Serve as a seasoned Program Manager, adept at engaging and communicating with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
• Establish and implement appropriate governance frameworks and utilize the right tools to manage complex programs effectively.
• Facilitate the transition from traditional waterfall project management methodologies to agile practices.
• Create and manage agile artifacts such as burn-down charts, and ensure effective use of JIRA for program tracking and real-time reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives and drive successful delivery.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams to ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans Skills & Experience :
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, preferably managing complex, enterprise-wide IT security or identity management programs.
• Proven expertise as a Program Manager (not just project manager), with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience establishing governance frameworks and implementing tools for complex programs.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies with experience in creating burn-down charts
  

• Experience driving organizational change and transitioning programs from waterfall to agile
  

• Familiarity with IT Security concepts, particularly around identity management (IGA), is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and immediately join the team.
