IGA Program Manager Identity Governance and Administration (Global IT Security) (Remote)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IGA Program Manager to lead the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools aimed at standardizing and managing user identities and access across our systems. IGA is a critical component of our cybersecurity technology stack, ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency.This is a hands-on program management role with a strong focus on transforming our current waterfall program management approach to an agile framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a multi-year IGA program plan, leveraging real-time reporting capabilities using JIRA, and ensuring effective governance throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the IGA program across the organization, driving standardization and control over user identities and access management.
- Develop a comprehensive multi-year program plan for IGA upon onboarding.
- Serve as a seasoned Program Manager, adept at engaging and communicating with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
- Establish and implement appropriate governance frameworks and utilize the right tools to manage complex programs effectively.
- Facilitate the transition from traditional waterfall project management methodologies to agile practices.
- Create and manage agile artifacts such as burn-down charts, and ensure effective use of JIRA for program tracking and real-time reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives and drive successful delivery.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams to ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans Skills & Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, preferably managing complex, enterprise-wide IT security or identity management programs.
- Proven expertise as a Program Manager (not just project manager), with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience establishing governance frameworks and implementing tools for complex programs.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies with experience in creating burn-down charts
and managing programs using JIRA.
- Experience driving organizational change and transitioning programs from waterfall to agile
methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts, particularly around identity management (IGA), is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work remotely and immediately join the team.
