Program Manager – GenAI Integration with Enterprise Applications

What You’ll Own and Drive

  • Lead

    end-to-end execution

    of GenAI/LLM initiatives, ensuring

    live deployment

    — not just pilot or development-phase efforts
  • Deliver use cases such as

    RAG-based search, AI assistants, and workflow automation

    within enterprise systems
  • Manage large-scale application portfolios (SAP, Oracle, Azure Data Lakes, MDM, etc.) across functions
  • Work with

    engineering, data, and architecture teams

    to integrate AI into core business platforms
  • Oversee stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption
  • Ensure all GenAI solutions are

    production-grade, secure, and scalable


What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory:

    Demonstrated experience delivering

    at least one GenAI/LLM solution into production

    in an enterprise setting
  • 10+ years of

    enterprise program management

    (ERP, supply chain, master data, data platforms)
  • Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture:

    RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, Langchain

    or equivalent
  • Proven leadership working across

    business, data, engineering, and platform teams

  • Excellent communication,

    stakeholder alignment

    , and

    governance skills
