About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead the successful execution of our Digital Products portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing multiple, interconnected projects focused on developing and deploying innovative digital solutions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage program-level risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful digital products that align with our enterprises strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Planning:
Define the overall program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs) for digital product initiatives, translating strategic vision into actionable plans across multiple project teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead and coordinate efforts across diverse teams including Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Security, and Business Stakeholders.
Roadmap Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for digital product development from inception to launch and beyond.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and inter-project dependencies, utilizing tools like
Kendis
for visual dependency mapping and
Jira
for tracking.
Resource Allocation:
Work with functional leads to ensure optimal resource allocation across projects within the program.
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
Stakeholder Communication:
Establish clear and consistent communication channels with all internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, challenges, and successes.
Process Improvement:
Champion and implement best practices in program management, particularly within Agile/Scrum frameworks, to optimize delivery efficiency and predictability.
Quality & Governance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks across all program deliverables.
Value Realization:
Monitor and report on the business value and impact generated by the deployed digital products.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology programs.
At least 3-5 years of direct experience managing programs involving software product development in a digital enterprise.
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development methodologies.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Expert-level proficiency with project and program management tools, including
Jira
for issue tracking and workflow management, and
Kendis
for program increment planning, dependency visualization, and roadmap management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevSecOps practices.
