Program Manager, Capacity Planning

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it will be your responsibility to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and execute processes to support data center power capacity management on a global basis. - Lead cross-functional teams to develop regional power capacity health plans to manage regional power constraints and drive action plans to bring constrained regions back to health. - Create models to plan future capacity needs and evaluate capacity risks and actions to remediate capacity constraints. - Manage multiple interdependent projects of high scope. Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, test proposals, and build consensus. - Work with partner teams to launch and deliver projects related to data architecture and process re-design around demand and supply-side compute and storage resource management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience managing projects. - Experience with supply chain operations in asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.,
