Job Description

What awaits you/ Job Profile

Lead and oversee the funnelling, transition, development, administration, and operations of Java and cloud-based applications and products within the automobile domain.
Demonstrate expertise in managing projects using the Agile methodology.
Manage large-scale, complex projects effectively.
Possess a solid understanding of Java, cloud technologies, databases, Agile methodologies, ServiceNow, Confluence, and UI technologies.
Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring proper management of scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Ensure the successful delivery of technical and process solutions that align with business objectives by effectively managing projects, teams, and resources.
Employ strategic thinking to anticipate challenges and recommend multiple courses of action.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate delivery effectiveness.
Engage proactively with stakeholders at the product and domain levels to build strong networks.
Maintain high performance levels for both processes and personnel.
Assess and improve the performance of feature team members.
Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams.
Promote and cultivate the organization s culture and values within feature teams.
Manage the feature team portfolio and set targets for individual and team development.
Facilitate learning objectives aligned with product delivery requirements.

What should you bring along

A minimum of 15 years of experience in the technology industry, including at least 10 years dedicated to Java and cloud-based project delivery and people management roles.
4-5 years of experience in building feature teams for delivering Java and cloud-based projects.
Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven expertise in IT and business stakeholder management.
Extensive experience in vendor management, budget management, and resource allocation.
A customer-centric and people-focused approach to achieving delivery excellence.
Familiarity with concepts and methodologies within the automobile domain.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Must have technical skill

Oversee multiple projects, teams, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of Java and cloud-based projects, aligning with business objectives.
Utilize strong product and project management skills, along with expertise in Agile tools and collaboration techniques.
Possess knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Python, as well as cloud platform strategies, concepts, and methodologies related to AWS and Azure.
Demonstrate experience in leading people effectively.
Exhibit the ability to take initiative and navigate uncertain situations independently.
Manage and distil inputs from feature teams and stakeholders to deliver clear and precise communications to management.
Uphold discipline in work ethics among team members to ensure seamless oversight and operational efficiency.

Good to have technical skills

Certification(s) in technical fields.
Experience in working with international teams through conventional on-premises participation and virtual events.
Experience in creating and conducting workshops and team events.
