About the Role

ANCONS International LLC is running a pioneering global program that trains 24 life sciences graduates in AI, Genomics, Neurogenetics, and Pharmacogenomics through a 6-month advanced training followed by 18 months of remote project work for US biotech companies.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee training, manage the bioinformatics teams, coordinate with U.S. biotech clients, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Coordination
• Guide and track trainee progress.
• Monitor performance of 24 trainees during the 6-month training program.
• Remote Project Oversight
• Allocate trainees to client-sponsored projects in US biotech companies.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of project outcomes.
• Resolve technical and operational bottlenecks.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact between ANCONS and U.S. biotech clients.
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain client satisfaction.
• Support business development by identifying new client project opportunities.
• Team Supervision
• Manage AI Coordinator and Cloud Engineer.
• Ensure that resources (cloud storage, computing power, tools) are efficiently used.
• Conduct performance reviews for trainees and staff.
• Operations & Budget Management
• Track project finances, billing, and utilization.
• Oversee office rent, utilities, equipment, and cloud service expenses.
• Ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Bioinformatics
• Minimum 5–7 years of program or project management experience in life sciences/biotech.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in genomics preferred.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
