Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and scale our Retail B2B Sales initiative across multiple regions. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you will act as the central owner of the retail sales program designing the framework, setting up tracking mechanisms, coordinating execution with field teams, and driving continuous performance improvement. If you are highly structured, analytical, and passionate about building from the ground up, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, operations, and sales to shape our next big growth engine. Key Responsibilities: Act as the central coordinator for the Retail B2B Sales Program across geographies. Design and roll out playbooks, incentives, training materials, and SOPs for field sales teams. Work with sales managers to monitor lead generation, field productivity, and conversion metrics. Drive adoption and usage of CRM or sales tech tools; ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting. Identify bottlenecks in lead flow, market coverage, and customer onboarding; recommend fixes. Track program KPIs including activations, revenue per field rep, and customer retention. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reviews for business leadership. Coordinate with ops, marketing, product, and finance to align all aspects of program delivery. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, sales enablement , or strategy roles in B2B or logistics organizations. Experience in a logistics / PTL / cargo company is mandatory . Strong project management skills with a track record of cross-functional execution. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards (Google Sheets/Data Studio/Looker preferred). Ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute at speed. Excellent communication skills; should be able to influence and drive change across functions.
