We’re Hiring | Program Manager Location: Gurugram, India Domain: Program Management | Digital Systems | Java/.NET | Agile | Fintech/Supply Chain Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in program management of digital products? We’re looking for a Program Manager – Digital Systems to lead cross-functional global initiatives in collaboration with product owners, architects, team leads, and stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role focused not on delivery alone—but on driving alignment, structure, and successful execution of digital initiatives across global teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive the program end-to-end: requirements, planning, governance, and alignment Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters , and business stakeholders Use Agile methodologies , MS Project , Azure DevOps , and Jira to manage and track initiatives Ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards Document, improve, and scale PLM processes Coordinate global transitions and knowledge transfers—experience in this area is a strong plus What We’re Looking For: 15+ years in program or project management within product-driven environments Strong understanding of Java/.NET software applications Experience working in or managing transitions across development centers Prior exposure to development and supply chain domains is highly preferred Solid understanding of DevSecOps , Agile, and SDLC practices Ability to work in a matrix structure with global teams Show more Show less
