Contract Type: Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead significant microservices transformation initiatives and data center projects. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-budget project deliverables, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. A strong background in coordinating complex, microservices-based application projects and data center infrastructure undertakings is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead project execution for microservices transformation and data center build-outs/migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project requirements and solutions. Utilize Agile/Scrum frameworks for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and manage resources. Ensure transparent reporting and alignment with organizational goals. Must-Have Skills: Solid experience with Jira and Confluence. Proficient in Agile methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Industry Experience: Prior experience managing projects in technology environments, particularly with microservices architecture and data center initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of technology project management, the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects to successful completion, and the skills to foster strong team collaboration.
