This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to our growth by attracting top technical and non-technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, capable of developing effective sourcing strategies and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Key Responsibilities Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and craft sourcing strategies. Proactively source candidates through diverse channels and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure skill, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate and extend offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of the Indian talent market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools like Workday. Industry Experience: Prior experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles within multinational companies in India is highly preferred.
