We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us!As the Program Management Specialist, you will serve as a liaison between the Client Success Managers and the production team. You will break down the campaign requirements, and manage internal communications between Client Success Managers and the Production team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving production inputs from stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of the brief before initiating production work.
  • Analyze project requirements, translating them into clear specifications and deliverables for the production team.
  • Manage change requests effectively.
  • Collaborate with project requestors, developers, and QA teams to manage the workflow and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Enter project details into the system, track progress, and manage scope changes or iterations to ensure outcomes align with the agreed brief and timeline.
  • Localization/ Validation: Assign validation requests to in-market points of contacts and notify them of upcoming campaigns.
    • Prepare validation materials, including request emails, proofs, and tracking documents.
    • Send out all validation communications, including initial requests and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround results.
  • Monitor post-campaign performance and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management and operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing.
  • Good to have knowledge in HTML and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Data Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with campaign dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Strong reporting skills with a focus on optimizing future campaigns.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
  • Experience presenting insights and data to stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects with changing priorities.
