About Parinaam Foundation:
Parinaam Foundation is a community-driven organisation implementing multidimensional initiatives to end intergenerational and familial poverty among the urban poor. Parinaam supports women, children and families in India s urban, ultra-poor communities through key interventions across financial literacy, livelihood development, healthcare, education and community development creating stronger support systems and infrastructure to exit poverty cycles.
The lives of over 4 million families have been transformed through our different programmes 13,630 families across 226 communities
have exited poverty, 1.2 million women are financially literate, 1404 children are in school and 246 community infrastructure projects havebeen completed across 20 states and UTs.
Our mission is to provide support systems and infrastructure to the 6 million Indians who continue to live in poverty in Indias urban centres,
so that they can find their way out of generational, multidimensional poverty.




2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview: As a Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for leading and managing key programs, ensuring they are executed
on time, within scope, and with maximum efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in developing project plans, tracking progress,driving innovation through technology, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and community partners.Your role is vital in ensuring the programs success and scalability while optimizing processes and maintaining clear communication acrossall involved parties.





  • Develop comprehensive project management plans for the programs, outlining scope, deliverables, and resources.
  • Establish and track timelines to ensure the timely execution of programs.
  • Design and implement dashboards for monitoring key project metrics and performance indicators.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance project efficiency and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Monitor project timelines closely, ensuring adherence to schedules and proactively addressing any delays.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and community members to drive program success.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships that support the growth and sustainability of projects.
  • Lead efforts to scale up projects, expanding their reach and enhancing their impact.
  • Oversee regular reporting on project progress and ensure accurate tracking of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive the implementation of new technology initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and overall project efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience in project management tools preferably JIRA

4. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Desired Qualification
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, international development,
social sciences).

Desired Experience
Proven experience of minimum 3 years in project management within the NGO sector, with a track
record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget


5. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.


6. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication skills
  • Quality Interpersonal skills and ability to understand the requirement and provide explanations in detail.
  • Must maintain a clean image, and be professional in all approaches.
