Job Description

Participate in architectural discussions for complex integration requirements and develop optimal designs.
Drive the vendor selection process to compare integration capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Units for technical solutioning of integrations.
Accountable for end-to-end delivery of integration projects.
Create and maintain project documentation, including technical documents, Unit test scripts, and change management plans.
Ensure adherence to Change Control approval processes.
Manage Intake and Capacity in HRIS integrations and track related activities.
Train and transfer knowledge to other team members.
Adopt best practices and industry trends to recommend process improvements and system optimization.
