Program Coordinator

We are looking for a female candidate who is dynamic and dedicated Programme Coordinator to join our vibrant NGO Udaan India Foundation!

Location: Vikhroli West Position: School Coordinator Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent in English – strong communication is key!

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an academic or leadership role.

3. A born team player with excellent team management skills.

4. Open to creative ideas and new-age teaching strategies.

5. Ability to multitask and coordinate with teaching and admin staff.

6. Friendly, adjusting, and solution-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

7. Familiarity with educational guidelines and academic planning.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily school operations. Work closely with teachers to implement academic plans. Ensure curriculum compliance and timely reporting. Promote discipline, motivation, and team spirit among staff. Act as a bridge between management, teachers, and parents. Drive school events, activities, and innovation in teaching.
