As a Sales Executive at our company, your role involves engaging with potential customers to promote and sell our technology programs and solutions. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect in this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation and Prospecting:** Identify potential customers within the target audience with relevant backgrounds. - **Consultative Selling:** Understand the unique needs of prospective learners and recommend suitable technology programs to meet their educational goals. - **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our technology programs to effectively communicate their value proposition. - **Sales Presentations:** Conduct online demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase the benefits of the technology programs. - **Relationship Building:** Build and nurture relationships with potential learners through regular communication and personalized interactions. - **Pipeline Management:** Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, including tracking leads and progress through the sales process. - **Closing Deals:** Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and guide potential learners through the enrollment process to close sales. - **Collaboration:** Work with other teams to provide feedback on learner preferences, market trends, and program effectiveness. **Essential Requirements:** - **Bachelor's Degree:** Typically in business, marketing, technology, or a related field. - **Relevant Experience:** 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the Edtech industry. - **Technical Background:** Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate effectively with the target audience. - **Sales Skills:** Proven track record of meeting sales targets and relationship building. - **Customer-Centric Approach:** Ability to understand learners" needs and deliver exceptional customer service. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - **Digital Proficiency:** Comfortable with online communication tools and CRM software. **Skills:** - **Product Knowledge:** Understanding of our technology programs and offerings. - **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify challenges and offer tailored solutions. - **Time Management:** Efficiently manage multiple leads and meet sales goals. - **Negotiation:** Skill in negotiating pricing and terms to close deals. - **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics. - **Empathy:** Understand learners" motivations and challenges. - **Data Analysis:** Basic ability to analyze sales data and trends. - **Self-Motivation:** Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
