Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Advisor located in Mumbai. The Program Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, managing academic programs, and liaising with universities and corporates. The Program Advisor will also assist in course selection, academic planning, and career counseling, ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for all students. Qualifications Experience in academic advising, course selection, and career counseling Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students, universities, and corporates Knowledge of educational programs and academic requirements Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
