Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty position in the School of Management, at IILM University, Greater Noida. The Faculty will be responsible for Teaching, conducting Research/Consultancy/MDPs and Mentoring students. They will develop and deliver engaging lectures using novel pedagogies, prepare course materials, assess student performance, and provide academic guidance and support. The Faculty will also contribute to curriculum development, engage in continuous professional development and play an active role in institution building.

Qualifications (Professor)

 - Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant field

 - At least 12 years of teaching experience in NIRF top 75 business schools/universities

 - A strong research track record, including publications in top tier journals listed in ABS/ABDC

list; the candidate will have successfully attracted research grants and have led

MDPs/Consultancy projects within the industry.

 - Successfully supervised at least 5 PhD scholars to completion and award.

 - Ability to influence faculty research and teaching skills

 - Ensure curriculum remains consistent with needs of the industry, ensure contemporary

research informed teaching

 - Ability to ensure high quality teaching and research within the faculty group

 - Can mentor young scholars and faculty, to groom them into exemplary academics

Qualifications (Associate Professor)

 - Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant field

 - At least 7 years of teaching experience in NIRF top 75 business schools/universities

 - At least 10 publications in top tier journals listed in ABS/ABDC/Scopus/WoS list (out of which 3

should be during the previous 3 years); the candidate will have successfully attracted research

grants as a part of a scholarly group

 - Successfully supervised at least 2 PhD scholars to completion and award.

 - Ability to develop cutting edge electives

Qualifications (Assistant Professor)

 - Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant field (or should have submitted the thesis with ability

to earn award within one year)

 - At least 1 year of teaching experience in NIRF top 75 business schools/universities

 - At least 2 publications in top tier journals listed in ABS/ABDC/Scopus/WoS list

 electives, evidence of presentation of research in top conferences

 - Excellent teaching and communication skills

 - Team player and student centric mindset

 - Ability to mentor and guide students
