Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver course curricula for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Conduct advanced research, publish in high-impact journals, and secure research grants.
• Present research at national and international conferences and collaborate with academic and industry experts.
• Supervise and mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and career development.
• Serve on academic committees and contribute to institutional policy and decision-making.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior faculty, lecturers, and teaching assistants.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance teaching methodologies and course materials.
• Assist in student recruitment, admissions processes, and academic counseling.
• Foster a learning environment that promotes critical thinking, diversity, and academic excellence.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Ph.D. in the relevant academic field.
• Minimum 15+ years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
• Strong research background with published work in peer-reviewed journals.
• Proven ability to secure research funding and lead academic projects.
