Job Description

We are hiring a Professional Services Engineer to join our Professional Services team and work with APAC/EMEA based customers.

Design, Customize and implement the PS offered solution, hands-on, within the agreed upon timelines.
Work with global enterprise customers.
Develop know-how and best practices related to such engagement and serve as a center of knowledge for the company and its partners.
Interact with the global Professional Services Center.

Requirements

3 years previous experience in similar positions in a software company
Networking or security background
Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
Experience in programming in Perl or Python
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
Experience in customer facing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented, fast learner
Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity
Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking
Willingness to travel 10% of the time, working on-site with customers

Advantages

Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Panorama, Fortinet, etc)
Experience writing Shell script
