Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies. - Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events to source candidates. - Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Facilitate interviews and feedback communication between candidates and hiring managers for a seamless hiring process. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics to monitor the efficiency of hiring processes. - Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to attract top talent.
