Job Category: Manufacturing/Operations Job Family: Operations Leadership Job Description: To Look after Processed cheese manufacturing & Packaging. Ensuring that all forms of packed processed cheese meet targeted specifications. Monitor, control and record process control parameter i.e. moisture What you’ll do: Take responsibility of Cheese, oversee and manage day to day cheese production processes, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality standard & Recoveries To Monitor and maintain the efficiency of Production lines, equipment’s and staff for optimal cheese production output. To Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety and Sanitation standard, Operations SOP, Product quality standard including HACCP & GMP protocols. Analyze product non-conformances and suggest / implement corrective actions in consultation with superiors and subordinates. Ensure cleanliness & hygiene of personnel, equipment’s and the section as per the set standards during operations. Ensure adherence to HACCP, standard operating procedures, product quality standards and hygiene requirements . Ensure Partner shift compliance as EHS standard, conduct regular inspection of the production area to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure that all forms of packed Processed cheese meet targeted specifications. Account for FG/ rework/over fill /scrap generated in the shift & VOM control. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, HR and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues & optimize performance. Minimize losses of product, packing material and utilities as well as rework inventory. Comply with the requirements of the Food Safety Management Systems. What you need to succeed: A Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science, Master's in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science 5 to 10 years of work experience in production Proven leadership experience in a team environment Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to make good business decisions quickly Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities Show more Show less
