Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Mandideep. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, ensuring efficient production planning, and maintaining communication with the team. The role includes supervision of staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
• Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong Communication skills
• ITI/Diploma in a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience minimum 1 Yrs. in Manufacturing (Fabrication industry).

Salary - 10k to 25k (PF & Esic)
